How Nyeisha can help
Acknowledgments
Confirm that you signed a document voluntarily.
Oaths & affirmations
Swear or affirm the truth of a statement in person.
Signature attestation
Have the signing of an eligible document witnessed.
Affidavits & verifications
Complete eligible statements made under oath or affirmation.
Eligible copy certification
For qualifying originals. Public records with an official certified-copy source are excluded.
Mobile visits
Meet at home, work, a care facility, or another agreed location.
Your attorney or the organization receiving the document should specify the required notarial certificate. We do not prepare legal documents or choose a certificate for you.
Fees
The notarial act and mobile travel are quoted separately. The travel schedule below is proposed and will be confirmed with your written quote before departure.
| Service | Fee |
|---|---|
| Notarial act | $2 per act |
| Travel: up to 10 miles | $35 |
| Travel: over 10–20 miles | $50 |
| Travel: over 20–30 miles | $65 |
| Travel: over 30 miles | Custom quote |
Example: A trip within 10 miles with one notarial act is estimated at $37.
Distance is one-way driving distance from the confirmed Sandy Springs dispatch point. An act is not necessarily one document or one signer. Parking, tolls, evening visits, and other extras require a separate agreed quote.
Cancellation and unsuccessful visits
No cancellation charge before departure. After departure, the separately agreed travel fee may apply if you cancel or service cannot proceed because of access or signer readiness. No notarial fee is charged for an act not completed. If we cancel, prepaid amounts are refunded.
Real estate and international documents
Georgia real-estate closings must be coordinated with a Georgia closing attorney. We do not conduct independent closings. The GSCCCA issues Georgia apostilles; notaries do not issue them.
